Brushing Can Make You Healthier

If you grew up with a decent set of parents, chances are that they are taught healthy habits in you. One of the first things you learn is we do when we are young, too, as we brush our teeth on our own. Toothbrushing was one of those super important things that my parents were always at the top for me. Besides being part of brushing with good hygiene, and it can actually improve the quality of your health! For example, people who brush their teeth moreprone to cavities that develop a lot of plaque buildup on teeth and around the gums, which can lead to all kinds of dental and periodontal nightmares such as gingivitis (a gum disease), and rotten teeth, bad breath, etc.. In some cases, and sever gingivitis or periodontal and other dental problems can and will usually cause infections in the mouth, which, if they can get in your gums get into the vein, and then make it very sick. So it is in your bestInterest, make sure you brush. It is recommended that you brush your teeth at least twice a day, and that you floss at least once a day and rinsing with mouthwash at least once a day (usually at night).

We all have known since our first day as elementary children that brushing and flossing daily is essential for good oral health, to keep your teeth and gums in tip top shape. But did you know that brushing regularly about all you give your health a boost by a defenseThey are fighting chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease, diabetes and other serious diseases.

When plague builds on the teeth, it acts like a super magnet for various species of bacteria. This link was discovered when a study about people who previously had a heart episode showed that the same type of bacterial DNA was found in the plaque in the arteries of heart patients. The much makes sense when you think about it. Everything we eat, drink, and breath,into the body through the mouth is through this vast canopy of bacteria, if your teeth are covered with plaque. So it is easy to see how the bacteria comes into our system and then into the bloodstream. The more plaque, that we send permit, to build on the teeth, the more bacteria, we strain our bodies. And the presence of these bacteria can also cause damage to the blood vessels and blood clotting.

So the next time you think you are in tooin a hurry and have no time to brush, you might want to reconsider. Just under three minutes after eating brush and regular flossing can to not only brighten the smiles and keeps them healthy, but you can help to keep bacteria out of your body make for a healthier and happier.
